Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.
Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
Kiss your green lawns and and lush shrubbery goodbye New Jersey. Your government has caved to the econuts and a bill banning the sale of nitrogen and phosphorus-based fertilizers is on the verge of becoming law.
Why? Because the environmental lobby wants to put a stop to "eutrophication", the growth of algae and aquatic plant life. To hear them tell it too much seaweed means there might not be enough oxygen left for the fish.
Every bag of Scotts Turf Builder™ is a dagger aimed at the heart of Barnegat Bay. Your Miracle Grow™ plant food causes red tide.
For 30 years the greenies have railed against green lawns. They've finally found a sympathetic ear in Chris Christie. No, really. He's anxious to polish his eco-bonafides and under the guise of promoting tourism he's signed on to "restoring" Barnegat Bay via draconian restrictions on how we care for our back yards.
So no more fertilizer for you! Brown is the new green! Your lawn must die to save the planet.
Oh and there's some new taxes in there too. Econuts love to impose new taxes. This time it's "developer fees" to refurbish 2700 retention basins to keep storm water from reaching the bay.
You get to pay more to watch your shrubs die! Is this a great country or what?
