Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.
Wankers.
Recent headlines from my Posterous Blog:
Outgoing Virginia Governor Tim Kaine had a surprise guest on his radio call-in show yesterday. "Barry from DC" wanted to kvetch about the notorious Northern Virginia traffic.
Governor Kaine said "hi" and it turned out that "Barry from DC" was in actuality President Obama. He wished the Kaines "all the best" for the Christmas season and thanked the governor for his service.
And in what has to be an unintended irony, the president's call lasted so long that WTOP's local traffic report aired 2 minutes later than scheduled. So if you were stuck in that Northern Virgina traffic, you had to twiddle your thumbs while "Barry from DC" shot the breeze with your lame-duck governor when all you really wanted to know was which bridge was backed up.
Since our president apparently has so much free time that he can call in to talk radio shows, how about "Barry from DC" dialing up Mark Levin? My friend Julia called in last week and got put right through on the air, so I'm sure that "Barry from DC" could too.
Or would he be more comfortable calling Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh?
Nah, I'm thinking the next time "Barry from DC" calls a radio show, it'll be
this one. They can
talk about
all those new listeners "Barry from DC" will be sending to their neck of
the woods.
