Technorati and Me
Technorati is indexing me again! They had to make a code change to fix the problem with my blog getting stuck in their queue. Kudos to Eric M. and the guys at GetSatisfaction.com where they have "community powered support for Technorati".
Well, they're "sorta, kinda" indexing me anyway. It's on a 24 hour tape delay or something. So I never get picked up by Memeorandum because they pull from Technorati and Technorati has stuff I posted yesterday listed as my latest blog entry. And that's old news to Memeorandum.

Madam Justice Sotomayor: there are no "illegal aliens"
Barry's "wise Latina" has issued her first Supreme Court opinion:
In an otherwise dry opinion, Justice Sotomayor did introduce one new and politically charged term into the Supreme Court lexicon.
Justice Sotomayor's opinion in the case, Mohawk Industries v. Carpenter, No. 08-678, marked the first use of the term "undocumented immigrant," according to a legal database. The term "illegal immigrant" has appeared in a dozen decisions.
Political correctness rum amok. Like breaking our immigration laws is just some sort of misunderstanding. I await her SCOTUS decision labeling a carjacker as an "undocumented driver" or a burglar as an "undocumented houseguest".
Or better yet, let's redefine "illegal file sharing" as merely
"undocumented copies" and grant The Pirate Bay the same benefit of the doubt
that Madam Justice Sotomayor seems to believe should apply to illegal aliens.
